Account Creation Walkthrough
- Select Retailer Application
To begin the application process, from the abdulky.com home page, click the Retailer Application image.
- Fill out the Application Form
After clicking the Retailer Application button, you will be redirected to the profile creation page. Required fields have a red * next to them. You will be unable to submit the form if it is not filled in correctly. Once you have the form filled out, click Continue near the bottom.
Before you can log in and start using our site, you have to be activated by us. We will review your application and you will recieve an email once you are confirmed.

Order Walkthrough
- Log In
- Click on the log in link on either the right side or top of the site to go to the log-in page.
- Once at the log-in page, enter your account email and password under Returning Customer on the right side of the center portion, then click the Sign In button.
- Browse to the First Item
- Most product navigation is done through the main category links across the top of the site. Click the category that you are interested in to begin.
- In some categories there are subcategories to further differentiate the items. If there are subcategories listed (as in Rings) select the subcategory you would wish to view.
- Once you are at the product listings, you simply need to click on the image or model number to view the details of the specific item. Most categories have more than one page of products, click the next link near the buttom to go to the next page of items.
- Choose Item Attributes
- The majority of our items have at least one option (such as metal type, ring size, or diamond quality) that you can choose before checkout. Depending on the product, the attributes will be in one of two formats seen below.
When there are many options for the type and combination of stones, the attributes will be in the form of a chart as seen below. To order, first find the stone combination that you would like, and fill out the given attributes across the row including quantity. Then click the Add to Cart button near the bottom. The chart also allows you to make one order for mulitple products as long as they are on the same page. Just fill out the attributes for the products that you want and make sure that the quantity is correct before hitting Add to Cart.
When there are not any options for the type of stone, the attributes will look like the picture below. Select the correct attributes before hitting Add to Cart
- Continue Shopping or Checkout
- After you hit Add to Cart you will be redirected to your shopping cart which will now display the item you just added plus any other item that you have already put in.
Here, you can do one of four things.
One: You may remove items by first checking the checkbox under remove next to the product, then clicking update.
Two: You may update the quantity of any product by changing the number in the Qty. box and then clicking update.
Three: You may continue shopping to add more items to your shopping cart by clicking the Continue Shopping button below the cart.
Four: You may finish shopping by selecting the Checkout button below the cart.
- Confirm Order
- Once you hit Checkout from the shopping cart page, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Look over the details before you hit Confirm Order to make sure they are correct. We do not allow you to change the billing or delivery address of the order but you may add comments or go back to the cart to make changes by clicking edit. Also, you will notice that you do not see any shipping charges or other charges for options such as larger head or ring sizes. These will be added by us later and included in the invoice that is emailed to you. Once you click Confirm Order you are finished with the order.

Account Information Walkthrough
- Log in
Before you can view your account information you must log in to your account. Follow the steps under the Order Walkthough to log in.
- Click My Account
To enter your Account Information, click on one of the My Account links located at the top of the page or on the right as seen below.
- Navigate My Account
After you have clicked the My Account link, you are redirected to your Account Information page, where you can view past orders, your billing and delivery address, change your password, sign up or remove yourself from our newsletter. Click on the various links to gain a feel for what you can do and see from this page.
