Q. How do I create an account, place an order, or view my acount information?
A. We have created a walkthrough for you to answer some of the common questions and to help you operate our site.
You can click here or down at the bottom of everypage, you can click the Walkthrough link.
Q. What is Abdulky.com?
A. Abdulky.com is an extension of our manufacturing company, F.M. Abdulky, Inc. Abdulky.com is meant to give our
customers easier access to our jewelry, making ordering and contacting us simpler and faster. Now instead of
calling us or meeting with our sales person, you can simply log on and browse through our ever-expanding catalog of
jewelry, findings and loose stones. Ordering online is made even easier since we will save your shopping cart when
you log off, giving you the option to continue ordering another time.
Q. How do I become a member of abdulky.com?
A. If you are a jewelry retailer and wish to do business with us, simply create a free account by clicking
on the application link of
the home page and filling out the form. We will review your information and then notify you of your customer status.
Q. There isn't the option to select a certain stone for my desired ring style.
A. Due to the large amount of products that we offer and the large number of possible combinations this creates, we
could not list all of possibilities on our site. If you see a ring that you would like that doesn't have the stone option you
want, just call us at 1-800-858-8688 and we can price it out for you. Most likely, we will then add the option to the
site for future orders.
Q. The prices seem high, why is that?
A. While you are not logged on to the website, the prices are shown in estimated retail prices. Once you log in to
the site with your user name and password, all prices will be adjusted accordingly to the wholesale price. We do
this so you may show the website to your customers and they will have an idea of the final cost to them. When you sign
up for an account and after it is authorized, you will recieve an activation email, in which it will tell you the
price ratio.
Q. What does a diamond quality of "A" or "B" represent?
A. F.M. Abdulky uses a simplified quality rating for our diamonds. We guarantee that the diamonds that we use
in a specific jewelry item will be of the quality that you order. The following chart explains what our ratings
represent.
Q. When I check out why are there no shipping charges shown?
A. Due to the fact that all pieces cost different amounts and insurance costs fluctuate based on value; auto
calculating shipping charges is not an option for us. The shipping charges will be applied to your order upon
shipment and will show up on your final receipt.
Q. Why don't I enter a credit card number when I check out?
A. All of our customers run a credit line when they order from our store. All orders will be reviewed and your
current balance checked to make sure that
you are able to make more purchases. No credit card is required since we bill our customers at a later date.
Q. Why can't I change my shipping or billing address upon checkout?
A. Due to the nature of our ordering and credit process, shipping to another location besides your store is not
possible. Billing must also be sent to the store location. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Q. Do all ring sizes cost the same amount?
A. The prices of all ladies rings are based off of a size six ring and all gents' rings are based off of a size
ten ring. If you order an extraordinary sized ring, the price will be affected, though it will not show up in the
checkout process. The modified price will be reflected in the invoice that is sent to you.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Most orders will ship within two weeks from the date the order is received. Large or highly customized orders may
take longer. For custom creation orders you will be notified on how long it will take when you recieve your estimate.

Q. What are your Online Service hours?
A. We're open all the time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. What if I have a special situation or unique question?
A. We're available anytime you need us. If you have a problem or question during our non-business hours
(business hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) you may fill out our contact form and we
will get back to you as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to resolve your issue the first time you
contact us. There may be situations that need clarification or additional information. In these cases, we'll
contact you as soon as we can.
Q. How do I check on the status of my order?
A. Go to the "My Account" page and then click to the "Order History" page and click on the specific
order for complete details.
Q. Do you have a warranty on your products?
A. Yes, F.M. Abdulky warranties that all of our products are free from any manufacturing or material
defects. But this isn't a guarantee against wear and tear. If you have a question about a product you
bought at abdulky.com, please use our contact form

Q. What if I have a problem with an order I've received?
A. If you have questions, need help with an order you've received, or if you need to return an item,
call us at 1-800-858-8688, or fill out our

Q. How do I know if I'm connected when I start ordering?
A. Once you've clicked the "Checkout" button, your browser looks for a digital certificate to confirm
that it's communicating with abdulky.com. Once a positive ID is made, your order continues to process.
